Bensi Box is a fine art tokenization and fractionalization platform built to democratize access and preserve artworks onchain. Bensi Box is made up of the LLC, DAO, and Foundation. Each play their part in helping the Bensi Box platform operate. Below are the various responsibilities of each party within the ecosystem.

Process Overview

The Bensi Box Digitalization process is a 5 step process as outlined below. Our goal as Bensi Box is to be sufficiently decentralized and always strive towards a more decentralized and democratized approach to web3 and fine art.

1. Curation

   • Bensi Box LLC (the company) manages the curation and authentication of the artworks managed by the Bensi Box DAO.

2. Digitalization

   • The Bensi Box LLC manages the digitalization process for the RWArt collection. Our tokenization and fractionalization process works with best-in-class partners local to the Denver area.

3. Custodial & Storage Service

   • Bensi Box manages the the coordination of the RWArt collection storage and preservation. Bensi Box works with a local Art Storage provide in Wyoming, USA. Artworks are housed for digitalization in Denver before being shipped to Wyoming for storage.

4. Decentralized Ownership

   • The Bensi Box DAO manages the ownership of the RWArt Collection and manages all accrued royalties from the RWArt collection trading on secondary markets. Our goal as Bensi Box is to be sufficiently decentralized and always strive towards a more decentralized and democratized approach to web3 and fine art.

5. RWArt Collection Management & Royalty Distribution

   1. $BENSI Token holders manage the ratification of offers and sales of the Bensi Box RWArt Collection. This means voting on the sale of artworks to real world collectors like museums, galleries, and private investors.

   2. $BENSI Token stakers earn 100% of royalties accrued by all tokenized and fractionalized artworks. As the RWArt collection grows, so does the number of collections accruing royalties.
